Account Registration
In order to shop online with Canada Computers & Electronics, you must first register an account. Signing up for a Canada Computers & Electronics Online (CC-Online) account is very easy. Simply visit our create user account page and fill in the necessary information. Double check your information before registering. Once you create the account, you will be sent a confirmation email.
Stock Availability
Our online stock reflects our local inventory. If you placed an order for an item that is not in stock at our warehouse, please expect a delay until we can either bring in new stock or have stock transferred in from another location. Items that are out of stock entirely (not available at any of our retail locations), will need to be ordered from our supplier(s). Due to stock variances, limited quantity available and unforeseeable errors, stock levels may be inaccurate.
Placing Your Order
Login to your account and browse through our website, adding to your shopping cart the product(s) you wish to purchase. You may also utilize guest checkout. Canada Computers & Electronics reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock availability or information errors.
Order Processing
Please note that financial institutions take up to 1 business day to process your transaction. It will take 1-2 business days to confirm your payment and shipping information. Once confirmed, your order will be shipped within 1 business day if all items are in stock.
Order Status
To check online order status, login to account and navigate to Your Orders. For guest checkout order status, click here to contact customer service online.
Making Changes
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. If eligible for cancel order request, customer may cancel. In the event the order was processed, refer to returns and exchanges.

Q: What if one of the items I had ordered online is now on back-order/unavailable?
A: If 1 or more items are on back-order after an online purchase has been processed, the customer will be contacted to either change or void their order.
Q. Do you accept online credit card payments?
A. Yes. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments online.
Q. How do I track my order?
A. You may track your order on our website under Your Orders or Manage Order, in addition we will email to you the tracking number information.
Q. I cannot make a payment through any of the banks you have listed. What are my options?
A. You may select our online credit card payment option.
Q. Where can I use my CC Gift Card?
A. CC Gift Cards can only be redeemed at any Canada Computers & Electronics retail store.
Order Online & Pickup at Store FAQ
Q: Why should I try Canada Computers & Electronics Pickup?
A: Order online and save on shipping with order pickup at your local store.
Q: When will my online order be ready for pickup?
A. Items ordered online will be available for pickup same day or next business day.
Q. When will I be charged for pickup order?
A. You will be charged at the store when you pickup.
Q. How long will you hold my order?
A. We'll store your order in a secure location for 2 days starting the day it's ready for pickup. Orders that are not picked up in this timeframe will be cancelled.
Q. How will I know when my order is ready for pickup?
A. Notification e-mail will be sent to you when order is ready for pickup, along with instructions on pickup at your selected Canada Computers & Electronics store.
Q. Where do I go in the store to pick up my order?
A. Follow the instructions provided in the pickup email you received, once you enter a store please go directly to the checkout area in store.
Q. What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
A. Please bring a valid government issued photo ID in addition to the email with your order number present for order verification.
Q. Can someone else pick up my order for me?
A. Not at this time.
Q. How do I change or cancel my order for pick up?
A. Once an order has been placed, it can no longer be changed. If you do not pickup, the pickup order will be cancelled.
Q. Can I return a Pickup order?
A. You may return purchases to store within eligible return and exchange policy.
Payment
Online order for shipping to you, payment option to select Credit Card or Interac during shopping cart checkout. Online order for store pickup, payment is made at the store during pickup. The item will be reserved for you, wait for notification when order is ready for pickup.
General Policies
When checking out, you will have the option to select Credit Card or Online Bank Payment. Your shopping cart will initially show our Promotional Cash Discounted price. In order to get this price, you must select and pay by the Online Bank Payment method. If you select the Credit Card payment option, then on the final summary page, your price will be based on our regular everyday low price, and that is what you will be charged if you proceed with the transaction.
Canada Computers & Electronics accepts Credit Card (Visa, American Express and MasterCard only), Electronic Money Transfer (via Online Banking - Bill Payment). We accept bill payment through the following banks: Bank of Montreal, CIBC, Royal Bank of Canada, Scotia Bank, and TD Canada Trust. We also accept electronic payments through Credit Union Central of British Columbia, which includes credit unions in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan, as well as Canadian Western Bank and Citizens Bank of Canada.

Credit Cards
For all credit card orders, your shipping information must match your credit card billing information. Canada Computers & Electronics reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with this notice. If you would like to ship to an alternative address, you may register the alternative address with your issuing bank, which we can then verify during our normal verification process. When paying by credit card, you will be taken to a secure site to complete the transaction. At no time will Canada Computers & Electronics take your credit card information on our site or store it on our servers.
Online Banking
Electronic Money Transfers are a secure and easy way of making a payment for an online purchase. It is just like paying a bill online. Currently we only accept bill payment through the following banks: Bank of Montreal, CIBC, Royal Bank of Canada, Scotia Bank, and TD Canada Trust. At no time will you be required to provide any banking information on our website. All payments are made through your financial institution's website. Your Customer ID is your either Account Number or Temporary Account Number(Last 7-digits starting with non-zero number) when setting up Canada Computers & Electronics as a Payee.
The following steps will assist you in registering for online banking with your bank, setting up Canada Computers & Electronics as a payee, and making your payment.
Step 1: Register/Sign-in

Step 2: Setting up Canada Computers & Electronics as a "Payee"
Once you are logged into your online banking account, proceed to the payments section. Select the option to add a payee to your payee list. From here, you can add Canada Computers & Electronics as a payee. To do this, in the company name box, enter "Canada Computers" and press the search button. Select Canada Computers from the list.
When you are prompted for a customer/account number, enter your Canada Computers & Electronics' Customer ID# (Last 7-digits starting with non-zero number) which was provided to you in the confirmation email sent to you when you registered an account with us online. The number can also be found in your Online Order Summary if you have already placed an order. Make sure you have selected the correct payee and that it requires a 7-digit number.
You are now finished with setting up online direct payment with Canada Computers & Electronics and are ready to make your payment.
Note: Some banks, such as TD Bank, will require you to call their support line and require the assistance of their support staff to help you add a payee. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Step 3: Making Your Payment
Once you are signed in, or after adding Canada Computers & Electronics as a payee, proceed to the payments section. Select Canada Computers & Electronics from your payee list, and make the direct payment for the amount of your purchase.
All returns for refunds will be processed with the original method of payment unless the purchase was made via online banking, in which case a cheque will be mailed out to the customer.
Flexiti Online Financing
In order to finance your online purchase, simply select Flexiti as your payment method at checkout. If you're an existing FlexitiCard holder, enter your FlexitiCard number. You will then be directed to the Flexiti app to fill in your authentication information and confirm your purchase.
If you haven't yet applied for financing when you reach the checkout, simply select Flexiti as your payment method and click on "Apply Now" to complete your application for credit.
Once your application has been approved you will receive an e-mail, with a copy of your Terms and Conditions as well as your FlexitiCard number. This number, along with your authentication information (including security answer), is all you'll need to either transact online or in-store.
For all Flexiti purchases online, your shipping address must match your billing address.
Cancellations
To cancel your order, cancel order request is available online under Your Orders or Manage Order. If your order has been processed, the cancel order request button is no longer available, refer to returns and exchanges. If your order is processed prior to receiving your cancellation request, shipping charges will not be refunded to you.
'Custom Order' and '3rd party' orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
