Membership Requirements
CC Rewards memberships are open to all Canadian residents. Those who have not reached the age of majority in the province in which they reside are required to gain permission from their legal parent or guardian. By joining and using the program you agree to the terms and conditions of the CC Rewards membership. Your account is considered active once you have responded to the provided confirmation email. Your CC Rewards membership and account are non-transferrable. Your membership is only valid at Canada Computers locations and canadacomputers.com.
Employees of Canada Computers & Electronics are not eligible for CC Rewards memberships.
All CC Rewards members are subject to present and future program rules and restrictions.
Currently the CC Rewards program does not apply to corporate based discounted purchases.
Guest checkout orders cannot collect points and/or apply transaction to/transfer to new/existing member accounts. No exceptions.
Collecting CC Rewards
Earn a point for every dollar spent in-store or online, which will grant you rebates on future purchases at any Canada Computers & Electronics location. 500 points rewards you with a $5 rebate towards your next purchase. Rebates are available in $5 denominations. If you return a product, the rebate accredited from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
If you forgot to claim your rewards at point of purchase, click here to contact customer service online as members are granted 14 days to get missing points; Such requests are accommodated twice within the calendar year.
Products in the following categories are not eligible for points collecting: CPU, Hard Drives/SSD, Motherboards, Desktop PC, Notebook/Laptops, Tablets, Gaming Consoles, Video Cards, Televisions
Non-eligible items
The following items will not go towards a CC Rewards Rebate:

Modification and cancellation
You are responsible for updating all personal information related to your account. Users may update their information any time via the My Account section. This process is user password protected. Canada Computers is not responsible for any failed communication regarding the CC Rewards program.
Users may freeze or cancel their CC Rewards membership at any time using the My Account section. This process is user password protected.
If you don't use your CC Rewards Card to earn or redeem points within a 24 consecutive month period, your then total points balance will expire due to inactivity. Your points will remain active as long as you use your card within a given 24 consecutive month period. We will also send you a reminder notice (between 30 days and 60 days prior to the anticipated expiry date) that your points will be terminated due to inactivity.

Privacy
All information you provide as a member of the CC Rewards program will be collected according to Canada Computers' Privacy Policy, available on canadacomputers.com. Application, transaction, redemption and all other information you may provide will be used to administrate your membership, communicate with you about your membership, and to better understand your preferences and eligibility for Canada Computers products and services. On occasion Canada Computers may also use this information to provide you with personalized marketing, notifications of sales and special events, and other exclusive member-only offers. Your information will never be sold or distributed to a third party.
