LPAC – October 27, 2012 – President Obama’s killer drone program is about to come under scrutiny from the UN Human Rights Council, announced Ben Emmerson QC, the UN Special Rapporteur on the promotion and implementation of human rights and fundamental freedoms while countering terrorism, during a speech delivered yesterday at Harvard University Law School. Emmerson reported that a dedicated investigative unit will be set up in Geneva to examine the legality of drone attacks in cases where civilians are killed in so-called “targeted” counter-terrorism operations.
Emmerson’s colleague on the Human Rights Council, South African lawyer Christoph Heyns, the UN Special Rapporteur for extrajudical killings, issued a report, last summer, sharply critical of the U.S. drone program, and warned that war crimes may have been committed in the process of carrying it out. - President Obama showed reckless disregard for the lives of American personnel in Libya by failing to take action to properly secure U.S. personnel and facilities, in the face of repeated warnings of grave security threats, specifically in the Benghazi region.
- President Obama’s unconstitutional war in Libya during 2011, ending with the assassination of Muammar Qaddafi, unleashed a wave of Anglo-Saudi sponsored neo-Salafi terrorism that has spread from Libya to other parts of Africa and into Syria.
- Obama has joined in the George W. Bush/Dick Cheney coverup of the direct role of the Saudi Monarchy in the original Sept. 11, 2001 attacks
“President Obama is guilty of covering up the crimes of the original 911 attack, thus facilitating the 2012 911 attack, which resulted in the four deaths in Benghazi this past week.” – Lyndon LaRouche (emphasis added)

Obama Demanded Congressional Recess as Free Hand for War
August 10, 2012
Senior Democratic Party and intelligence community sources have all confirmed that the Tuesday unanimous consent in the Congress, reversing last week’s House vote to remain in session through the August period, was engineered by the White House and was motivated, in part, to give Obama a free hand to unleash the Guns of August. According to the sources, Obama is now preparing direct U.S. military intervention in Syria to overthrow the Assad regime, given the recent on-the-ground setback for the armed Syrian opposition, which was routed in Damascus and is in process of being defeated in Aleppo. He did not want Congress in session while the option is put in place for such a U.S. move, the sources confirmed. Continue reading

Obama’s kill list revealed RTAmerica
(…) the White House has denied none of this. The president meets every Tuesday morning with a select group of military, intelligence, national security and, occasionally, political advisers and reviews the background and photos of persons in foreign countries whom he hates or fears, some of whom are Americans. He then personally decides whom among them to kill. Then he dispatches civilian agents of the government, no doubt the CIA, to do the killing using drones. He uses the CIA to do this because if he used the military, federal law requires public reporting of that use and, eventually, congressional approval. Some of the killings have taken place in Yemen, a country that has welcomed them, and some in Pakistan, a country that has condemned them. We are at war with neither. Andrew P. Napolitano

LaRouchePAC – March 12, 2012
The last 24 hours have seen the “instant” spread of support for Rep. Walter Jones’ impeachment-threat resolution continue. House Concurrent Resolution 107 says that the President commits an impeachable crime if he starts military action without authorization from Congress as the Constitution requires. Congress has been in recess since it was introduced on March 7, but support has resonated around the country Continue reading
