Satellite image depicting the Malaysian Boeing and the attacking fighter / Source: (15.11.2014) –  An anonymous individual sent a letter with a satellite image and results of their own investigation into the disaster of Malaysian Airlines MH17 flight in Ukraine, writes LifeNews. The letter arrived from the USA. One of the photos, which was exposed to the general public by First Channel on November 13th, clearly depicts the Malaysian Boeing and the attacking fighter, supposedly a MiG-29.

The photo also depicts the moment of the missile launch from the fighter jet into the cockpit of the passenger liner. Experts note that the terrain, weather conditions and the dimensions of the aircraft fully correspond to the circumstances of the disaster.

“We saw a satellite image that was taken from not very high orbit for general reconnaissance of air and ground space. In accordance with the coordinates specified on the picture, we may assume that the picture was taken from an American or a British satellite. We conducted a detailed analysis of the image and found no signs of forgery,” vice president of the Russian Union of engineers, Ivan Andrievsky, told First Channel.

The Malaysian Airlines airliner, en route from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, crashed on July 17 at about 19:00 Moscow time near the village of Snezhnoye, in the Donetsk region. The crash left no survivors – all 298 people were killed. Official international investigation, led by the Netherlands, has been unable to shed light on the circumstances of the tragedy.

On board the airplane, there were 298 people, 154 nationals of the Netherlands, 27 Australians, 45 Malaysians (including 15 crew members), 12 Indonesians, nine Britons and four German nationals, four Belgians, three Filipinos and one Canadian.

Noteworthy, Pravda.Ru analyzed this version of the disaster in August in an article about Romanian military expert and pilot Valentin Vasilescu, who said that the plane was shot down by Ukrainian MiG-29 fighter that was possibly piloted by a Polish pilot.

The expert strongly rejected the version, according to which the plane was shot down by a surface-to-air missile, which, according to American and Ukrainian versions, was launched from a Buk-M1 complex owned by militia forces.

The plane, as shown by black boxes, fell apart in the air, which was possible only in case of horizontal peak from an altitude of ten thousand feet. (1)

New MH17 satellite photos – a warning

The Saker:The photos have been widely ridiculed as fakes and I am afraid I tend to agree (…) the photos are quite simply too good to be true. Until and unless we know the actual provenance of these photos (ie. whose satellite supposedly took them – we only know it was not the Russians’) we should pay them no attention. (…) whoever is behind the campaign to circulate this theory is doing so deliberately in order to create a false trail in the full knowledge that the theory is false and that it will eventually be proved to be false, leaving those who believed it feeling foolish and appearing discredited.

Let me assure people that I know both from history and experience that these sort of provocation tactics really do happen in the world of intelligence and there most definitely are people working in intelligence agencies around the world who really are capable of concocting and carrying out operations of this sort. The fact that these photos appear to originate with a western source strengthen these concerns.

Let me remind people of my previous comment: we should not let ourselves be hustled into a false binary where fighter=Ukrainians and BUK=NAF. As of today we know for a fact the Ukrainians had both and we do not know for a fact that the NAF had either. That is as far as the facts so far go.(2)

MH-17: The Untold StoryRT Documentary– Published on Oct 22, 2014

”Three months after Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 was violently brought down from the skies over Ukraine, there are still no definitive answers to what caused the tragedy. Civil conflict in the area prevented international experts from conducting a full and thorough investigation. The wreckage should have been collected and scrupulously re-assembled to identify all the damage, but this standard investigative procedure was never carried out. Until that’s done, evidence can only be gleaned from pictures of the debris, the flight recorders or black boxes and eye-witnesses’ testimonies. This may be enough to help build a picture of what really happened to the aircraft, whether a rocket fired from the ground or gunfire from a military jet.”

  1. not a sattelite image. come on people, use your head. in the picture, the apparent size of aircraft is the same as the fields in the background. from simple geometry, not to mention common sense, we can figure out that the distance between the camera and the planes is much closer than the distance between the planes and the ground. so pic would have to be from another plane or drone, which is unlikely.
also, since target is flying sideways across attackers field of view, the attacker would have to be constantly turning to remain pointed at target… doesn’t look like this is happening.
I think it’s a fake, and one so bad no government could be stupid enough to cook up.

  2. * The supposed malaisian plane is actually the first google search result for a “top down view of a Boeing” (in russian).
    * The plane is not a Boeing 777 (as was shot down), it’s instead a picture of a Boeing 767.
    * Comparing the picture to real satelite pictures, they were able to find the location. The ground is a bunch random fields in the area of Donetsk and the picture used by the forgers was taken in 2012.
    * It was discovered that the whole picture was first posted in october at a russian site about conspiracy theories. No link in the report, so I can’t post it here.
