A collaborative, citizen-driven initiative
The greatest industrial accident of global proportions of this century (if not in history) continues to unfold while most of the world—including Canada—has chosen to look away.
We are deeply concerned about the lack of awareness, research and monitoring data regarding radiation effects on the health and well-being of the people, especially children, who may be impacted by the ongoing nuclear crisis in Japan or by future nuclear accidents that could strike in Canada or the US.
We are initiating a collaborative radiation awareness, monitoring and research initiative across Canada. We intend to network with interested organizations and individuals concerned with public health. Continue reading
